Tiffany Pauldon-Banks

Owner, Lead Planner

TIFFANY is the owner and lead planner of Redberri Events. Her passion for event planning started at a young age when she, like many girls, started to plan her wedding before she met Mr. Right. Tiffany's creativity, optimism and love for helping others is the perfect recipe for a FABULOUS event.  She prides herself on her ability to make each event as unique as the individual she is working with.  She strongly believes that her clients need to focus on two things having fun and looking fabulous! Tiffany’s motto is, “every event – whether it is a once-in-a-lifetime wedding or a 50th birthday party – should be celebrated in comfort and style and be a true representation of the client.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Lewis University. When Tiffany isn’t organizing events she enjoys traveling, spending time with family & friends, shopping and staying updated on the latest wedding trends!


Heather Guilbeau

Assistant Planner

HEATHER has an intense passion for organization and details which makes her a great addition to the team. Her style, creativity and eagerness to help others will allow her to truly shine as a planner. Family and friends constantly relied on Heather to plan functions & that is when it became quite evident that event planning was her true passion. Event planning allows Heather to use her keen eye for detail and organizational skills along with her creativity! In addition, Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. Heather is excited to be a part of the team & we are most certainly excited to have her!  She will be our  Pinterest guru!

Assistant Planner

XAVIA is such an asset to our team. She is often the team member who challenges everyone to think even further outside of the box. Xavia's attention to detail allows her to help execute every event flawlessly. When she is not helping with events she loves spending time with her family.
